how to donate

Donate Now Through CanadaHelps.org!
You may donate online by Interac e-Transfer or through CanadaHelps.org. If donating by Interac e-Transfer, please complete and submit a DONATION FORM to facilitate our issuance of a tax receipt. Open the donation form with Adobe Acrobat, fill online and click on the Submit button to send to BCF's Treasurer. To donate via CanadaHelps.org. click on the DONATE NOW button above.

To donate by cheque please complete a DONATION FORM, (open the donation form with Adobe Acrobat and fill online), save and print the completed form and mail it with your cheque payable to Barbados Canada Foundation, P.O. Box 13502, 3-3221 Derry Road West, Mississauga ON L5N 8G5.

Donations may be made to:
  • BCF Scholarships Program.
  • BCF Charity Golf Tournament. 
  • Bring On The Spring Event.
  • The General Fund.
Each donor of $25.00 or more will receive a tax receipt.

​​Donations to BCF Scholarships Program fund the scholarship grants made under this program and help our youth attain post-secondary education.
 
The BCF Charity Golf Tournament raises funds for the SickKids-Caribbean Initiative and Camp Jumoke. Donations to the SickKids-Caribbean Initiative are directed to the Initiative's Paediatric Haematology/Oncology Nurse Training Program.
 
Bring On The Spring Event raises funds for the purchase of medical equipment or supplies to be donated to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Barbados.
 
Donations to the General Fund assist us in covering operating costs and provide funds to be used in support of other humanitarian causes from time to time. Barbados Canada Foundation is a volunteer-managed organization and operating costs are minimal.
